Quality, Speed, or Value (Pick Two)

Have you ever heard the old analogy that you can only pick two of the three desired results from the above list? At DeLuxe Building Systems, we’ve recently made several major upgrades that enable us to offer our clients all three, resulting in a finished modular project that meets our high standard of quality and is still completed in a quick timeframe.

We started by increasing our building speed through upgrades to our steel fabrication equipment; including our new computerized structural fabricator, a new 42” computerized band saw, a new Geka computerized shear and punch, and a new paint booth.

We’ve also made many material handling improvements that ultimately help us to build faster by moving structural steel quickly, including a new 17,000 lb. combi-lift, hundreds of feet of conveyors, new overhead travelers with remote control operations, lifting gantrys, jib cranes, magnetic lifts, and vacuum sheathing lifts, along with many new structural jigs to insure accurate building.

Additionally, we’ve increased the quality of our modular units by making improvements to our manufacturing and storage facilities, including a new steel fabrication area, and new additions for material storage and better weather protection for our modular units.

So what does all of this mean? Making these necessary advances in our manufacturing process as well as the care of our finished modular units increases the ultimate value of your project. We’re able to precisely cut to size and drill structural steel and deliver it quickly to the assembly line. This greatly improves our accuracy and increases production…making your project structurally sound as well as completing it faster. Combine all of this with a company that is staffed to sell, manage, design, control, and build complete steel projects; and you have the recipe for success.
